Fiber disc CS565
Optimal for rough grinding – Klingspor CS 565 fibre discs
With the CS 565 fibre discs from Klingspor, you can primarily perform rough grinding quickly and efficiently. These discs, which are characterised by a very good price-performance ratio in addition to their high aggressiveness, are suitable for grinding
steel,
stainless steel and
other metals.
The CS 565 is available in various grain sizes, in many different sizes and with different hole sizes.
Aggressive and self-sharpening: abrasive grain made of zirconium corundum
The grain of the CS 565 fibre discs from Klingspor is made of zirconium corundum. This grain is very durable, hard and has a uniform crystalline structure. It is a self-sharpening grain, which means that the discs achieve excellent grinding results over a long period of time. All types of abrasive grain used by Klingspor are manufactured using synthetic methods. As a result, they always maintain the same properties and consistently good quality. The high stock removal rate is ensured by the full coating, as almost the entire surface of the CS 565 fibre discs is covered with abrasive grain. In addition, the high coating density ensures a long service life. The full coating with self-sharpening zirconium corundum grain enables grinding of steel, stainless steel and other metals with little disc wear and correspondingly low costs.
Flood bond: strong synthetic resin with high adhesion
Like all other abrasives from Klingspor, the CS 565 fibre discs also have a flood bond made of synthetic resin. The high adhesion enables a permanent bond between the substrate and the abrasive grain. The flood bond made of strong synthetic resin protects the abrasive grain from lateral forces that arise during grinding. The evenness of the pouring layer is checked at Klingspor using laser technology and by weight measurements during production. Klingspor products are also characterized by very good quality in terms of the pouring binder.
