Advantages
The universal operating principle (looping or expanding) allows the plug to be used for all base materials, i.e. in solid, hollow brick and board substrates. Therefore, the UX plug is the most suitable choice for unknown base materials.

The bevelled cuts on the UX plug allow for optimum screw guidance. The serrated edges prevent the plug from turning in the drill hole during installation, ensuring a safe installation process.

The fischer UX universal expansion plug is made of high-quality nylon. The plug expands in solid base materials or loops in hollow bricks or outside the board, which ensures good hold. This means that fischer UX plugs can also be used when the base material is unknown. The collar on the edge of the plug prevents it from sinking too deep into the drill hole. In the version without a rim and for greater anchoring depths, the UX universal plug is used for push-through installation.
