Self-adhesive paper-backed sanding disc PS61FK
PS 61 FK abrasive discs – easy to use thanks to self-adhesive fastening
The PS 61 FK abrasive discs from Klingspor are easy to use. This is a round, self-adhesive abrasive disc available in diameters of 125 mm and 150 mm. To firmly secure and achieve smooth adhesion to a substrate with a suitable surface structure, simply press it down. Klingspor abrasive discs can be used in
hand-held eccentric sanders,
floor and surface grinders and
angle grinders.
The special features of these discs include their constant aggressiveness, which makes them particularly suitable for grinding stainless steel surfaces. This abrasive disc is generally intended for grinding steel and stainless steel, but it also gives excellent results when repairing parquet floors.
Ceramic corundum – self-sharpening grain and aggressive grinding
The PS 61 FK abrasive discs from Klingspor are coated with ceramic corundum grain. This material is extremely stable and resistant to compression. It therefore has microcrystalline wear and ensures aggressive grinding while maintaining a long service life. Ceramic corundum is produced in a special high-temperature melting process. When the grains are ground, they crumble due to their high hardness, constantly creating new sharp edges. This makes the product ideal for processing tough and hard materials such as stainless steel. Thanks to its full coating, the PS 61 FK abrasive disc also ensures a high stock removal rate.
The PS 61 FK abrasive disc with synthetic resin bond \The basis of the Klingspor abrasive discs is a heavy F paper backing with high stability. The advantage of paper backings is that they can be easily cut to fit the size of the grinder. In addition, if necessary, the grinding disc can be reduced and used for hand grinding in hard-to-reach places. The ceramic electrocorundum in the PS 61 FK grinding discs is attached and coated with a synthetic resin bond. Thanks to the high adhesion of the synthetic resin, the grains are firmly and reliably embedded, contributing to the robustness and long service life of the abrasive.
