Superbond Fischer resin ampoule

The RSB resin capsule with a fixed amount of resin is particularly cost-effective for individual use and for overhead installation.

The ideal solution for difficult conditions and when there is no time for curing. It can be used at temperatures down to -30 C, for installation in flooded and diamond-drilled holes and in seismic zone C1 (only in combination with RG M).

Up to three different anchoring depths can be achieved for each diameter with the RG M rod and the RSB Mini resin capsules.

In combination with the internally threaded RG M I rod, the fastening can be dismantled and re-installed several times.
The RG M threaded rod, made of stainless steel R, can also be installed with the RSB resin capsule in sizes M12, M16, M20 and M24, even under light dynamic loads.

The RSB resin capsule contains a hybrid mortar, which is used to bond elements in cracked and non-cracked concrete. The fastening is carried out using a fischer RG M threaded rod or a fischer RG MI internal threaded anchor. The steel connectors can be made of galvanized steel, stainless steel or high corrosion resistant steel. The threaded rod is set in the hole with the capsule by hammering with a setting tool and simultaneous rotation. During setting, the capsule is broken, whereby the contents are mixed, which activates the chemical bond. Resin capsules can be used, for example, for fastening heavy steel structures, acoustic screens and high storage racks.
