SXRL Frame Plug with Fischer Countersunk Head Screw
Versatile and allowing for different anchoring depths
Advantages
The long expansion element with several anchoring depths of 50, 70 or 90 mm for SXRL 8 and SXRL 10 and 70 or 90 mm for SXRL 14 makes the SXRL an extremely versatile product.
Thanks to the special geometry of the plug, the stresses are evenly distributed in the hole.
The Technical Assessment allows single-point attachment in cracked concrete, making the SXRL plug suitable for attaching awnings and external balustrades.
If it is deeply embedded, the longer ribs prevent rotation during installation.
The SXRL 14 plug is additionally approved for compression applications and can be used in façade structures, in stand-off installation.
The SXRL plug with an effective length of up to 240 mm can be a good solution in many different cases.
The SXRL-T frame plug with a countersunk screw and a TX40 socket is designed for multi-point fixing of non-load-bearing structures in masonry, concrete and aerated concrete. Two expansion zones allow for even load distribution, whether in hollow blocks or aerated concrete or in solid building materials. The frame fixing, containing a stainless steel safety screw, is suitable for fixing elements such as windows, coat racks, hanging cabinets or TV consoles inside buildings.
