Company christmas eve at the new hardening plant

This year, our company Christmas Eve had a truly unique setting. We met in the newly built hardening plant—a facility that hasn’t been launched yet but is already making a great impression. A place that will soon become a hub of intensive work and production processes was transformed for one day into something entirely different: a space for conversation, festive wishes, and genuine integration.

The New Hardening Plant as a Symbol of Growth For us, the new hardening plant is more than just an infrastructure investment. It is a symbol of development, consistency in action, and forward-thinking. Every square meter of this space is proof that Marcopol is growing and strengthening its capabilities.

What Matters Most in “Technical” Spaces This Christmas Eve reminded us that even in the most “technical” environments—where processes, parameters, and machinery reign supreme—the most important elements are atmosphere, trust, and cooperation. These are things that cannot be programmed or implemented with a single click. They are built in the everyday: through conversations, support, responsibility for a common goal, and the ability to act together, regardless of department or role.

Thank You – Moving Forward Together Thank you all for your presence and energy. We enter the coming year with the feeling that we are growing not only in square meters but, above all, as a team.
