Marcopol at the Forefront of Leadership Development: Highlights from the ‘Morphology of Leadership’ Conference

As part of our ongoing commitment to business leadership development, Marcopol proudly participated in the third edition of the prestigious “Morphology of Leadership” conference.

This meeting, taking place since 2018, is a unique place for the exchange of thoughts and experiences between leaders from various specialties. This conference focuses on promoting social value-oriented leadership, which is fully consistent with our corporate values. In times when economic efficiency is combined with respect for people and our planet, meetings such as this one open new perspectives on achieving business success.

A number of important topics were discussed during the conference, such as building winning teams, mental resilience of leaders, forecasts for the Polish economy for 2024, and the use of artificial intelligence in leadership. Additionally, the Positive Relationships Session with Grzegorz Turniak provided inspiration for building valuable business relationships.

The speakers included business experts and practitioners, including Rafał Żak, Igor Tracz and many others. Their knowledge and experience contributed to a deeper understanding of the challenges facing modern leaders. As Marcopol, we are proud that we could be part of this important event and we are already looking forward to the next editions of the conference.
