Rebuilding hope after the flood: Marcopol supports new homes for Stronie Śląskie flood victims

We are proud to announce that Marcopol has had the honor of actively participating in one of the most significant social initiatives of recent years—the rebuilding of a housing estate for flood victims in Stronie Śląskie, Poland.

As part of the “Entrepreneurs for Flood Victims” campaign, we supported the construction of a new estate by supplying high-quality fasteners essential to creating 24 apartments in 12 modern homes. The project gathered more than PLN 123 million in support from Polish companies, and the coordination of efforts by over 300 entrepreneurs enabled this investment to be completed in record time.

Dozens of families affected by last year’s flood received keys to their new, safe homes. This moving moment was marked by tears of joy and an extraordinary unity between the local community, authorities, and businesses. Thanks to the commitment, solidarity, and professionalism of suppliers and contractors—MarcopoI included—the “View to the Future” housing estate was built on secure ground and fully equipped with utilities and modern solutions.

Marcopol’s participation in this project is not just a business achievement—it’s an expression of our social responsibility and a real contribution to rebuilding the lives of families touched by tragedy. We are proud to have helped make this important initiative a reality and to support Polish families as they return to normal life.
